Participants must complete an attendance/evaluation form in order to receive a certificate of completion/attendance.  Your chosen sessions must be attended in their entirety.  Partial credit of individual sessions is not available.  See below for more instruction.  You will be e-mailed the certificate upon completion of the survey.  PLEASE COMPLETE ALL SECTIONS.  CE Certificates are available one year from the conference – October 8, 2016.   This is also the expiration date. 

Social Workers

Amedco, #1346, is approved as a provider for social work continuing education by the Association of Social Work Boards (ASWB) , through the Approved Continuing Education (ACE) program. Amedco maintains responsibility for the program. ASWB Approval Period: 06/24/2015 – 06/24/2016.  Social workers should contact their regulatory board to determine course approval for continuing education credits.

Social workers participating in this course may receive up to 6.0 clinical continuing education clock hours.
